We respect the dignity of the individual, fostering a strong sense of self-worth and self-esteem. We celebrate the uniqueness of each person, and its importance in enriching the diversity and creativity of the community.

Our Pastoral care program fosters the development of each student as an individual and as a member of the school community by providing an effective care network, challenging learning opportunities, time to reflect and share experiences, and programs such as the Resourceful Adolescent Program and Peer Support. A full-time School Counsellor is available to help both students and staff.

At Catherine McAuley each student is encouraged to develop her spirituality by participation in the prayer and liturgical life of the school, as well as through involvement in Reflection Days and extended retreats.

Through such involvement she will become a young woman of faith, vision and compassion.
