The Catherine McAuley Strategic Plan for 2007-2010 seeks to build on the strong traditions of the past, while embracing with enthusiasm, the challenge of providing an excellent education for young women in the twenty-first century.

As a Catholic school in the Mercy tradition, Catherine McAuley commits itself to the education of women as a means of transforming this world into one imbued with the mercy and justice of God.

The plan was developed in 2006 by the Strategic Planning Committee, in collaboration with the extended school community, including staff, students, parents, pastors, Sisters of Mercy, primary feeder school principals and past students.
